        天地能源主要服务于北美知名油气公司和服务公司，主要业务包括油藏工程、数据管理、生产分析和储量评价三大领域。其中油藏工程领域分为地质建模、数值模拟、历史拟合、优化井位设计等；数据管理领域包括测井数字化及测井解释、地震数据处理与解释、岩心数据分析、井筒数据管理等；生产分析及储量评价包括钻完井设计、人工举升设计、递减曲线分析等。天地能源的专业人员包括：油藏工程师、地质工程师、钻井工程师、测井工程师、地球物理工程师、采油工程师、设备工程师等。[font=ˎ̥]

目前天地能源招聘以下职位：

(1)Well Log Engineer/测井工程师

Main Responsibility:
主要职责:
1.Responsible for the well log data/ core data processing, digitization and loading to database
负责测井数据、岩心数据的整理、数字化、加载录入工作；
2.Responsible for log curve splicing, editing, depth shifting, normalization and log curve process, such as environment correction
负责测井曲线的拼接、编辑、深度对齐、标准化、环境校正等工作；
3.Responsible for core data analysis and processing
负责岩心数据的分析整理工作；
4.Responsible for single well interpretation and drawing interpretation chart
负责单井解释，绘制解释成果图表；

Requirement:
任职要求:
1.3-5 years log interpretation experiences;
有3-5年左右测井解释经验
2.Familiar with operating Neuralog, Forward, etc. software tools will be preferred;
熟悉Neuralog, Forward, Powerlog, IP等软件工具者优先
3.Familiar with various log curves from different log tool series;
熟悉国际上几大测井公司的不同仪器测得的曲线名字及其探测特性
4.English:  Good at Reading and Writing
英语读写能力流利

(2)Wellbore Data Management Engineer/井筒数据管理工程师

Job Description:
工作职责：
1.Screen the key data items from clients raw reports (English version)
从客户提供的英文版原始报告中提取关键数据
2.Check wellbore data integrity and consistence
检查井筒数据完整性和一致性
3.Responsible for data entry in database on time per clients formats and quality standards
根据客户要求的格式和质量要求录入数据
4.Carry out wellbore data analysis based on well operation history
根据油井作业历史分析井筒数据

Requirement:
职位要求：
1.Petroleum engineering bachelor or master
石油工程专业本科以上学历
2.3-5 years working experience on drilling, completion, down hole operation, production or wellbore data management
3-5年钻井\完井\采油\井下作业\井筒数据管理工作经验
3.Understand drilling, completion, work over, maintenance, stimulation, abandon on site operation workflow and familiar with the down hole daily operation data, wellbore equipment data, daily cost data and cement data etc.  
熟悉钻井、完井、增产、修井等工作流程，熟悉井下作业班报，熟悉井筒设备等
4.Software Skill: It should be better if understand or had the experience in using wellbore data management tools, such as Landmark OpenWells, Proflie and Weatherford’s WSM etc.
熟练使用井筒数据管理软件者优先，如Landmark OpenWells, Proflie and Weatherford’s WSM 等等
5.English: good at reading and writing.
英文要求：读写流利
6.Having project management experience will be a plus
有项目管理经验者优先

(3)Petrophysicist/岩石物理工程师

Responsibility:
主要职责
1.Working as team lead to complete projects, such as loading data into petrophysical, geological or engineering database
带领测井工程师完成相关项目,如将测井图、岩心报告数字化并录入数据库的项目
2.Apply core analysis data to determine log interpretation parameters; Calibrate log interpretation with core data
使用岩心分析资料确定测井解释参数，标定测井解释成果
3.Be responsible for petrophysical research of target field and make relative maps.
负责油田的区域岩石物理研究并绘制岩石物理参数的平面图
4.Reservoir characterization for both conventional and unconventional reservoir, such as carbonate and shale reservoirs, etc
进行常规油田和非常规油田的油藏描述
5.Provide technical support to other projects
为公司其它项目（地质、油藏等）提供技术支持

Requirement:
任职要求:
1.University degree in Petrophysics/Log with 3-5 year experience
岩石物理或测井相关专业本科以上学历，有3-5年以上相关经验
2.Open Hole Log Analysis experience
有裸眼测井分析经验
3.Experienced in log interpretation and core analysis
精通测井解释和岩心分析
4.Rock Mechanics and formation damage study
有岩石力学与储层伤害研究相关经验
5.Know various core analysis items, such as core porosity, permeability, capillary analysis and rock resistivity, etc;
熟悉各种岩心分析参数，如孔隙度、渗透率饱和率和电阻率等
6.Static Reservoir Description experience
有静态油藏描述相关经验
7.Petrophysics software competency: PowerLog/ Interactive Petrophysics etc.
熟练应用测井解释及岩心分析的软件，如PowerLog 及Interactive Petrophysics等
8.Furthermore, rich experience with LWD or overseas working experience is highly preferred
有丰富的现场随钻测井经验或海外工作经验者优先
9.Good command of oral and written English will be a plus
英语流利者优先
