Predict®-SourWater 2.0 - Assessment of corrosion and flow effects. Materials optimization and risk reduction for refinery sour water systems (e.g. REAC, strippers, etc.)
Predict-Pipe 3.0 - Automated Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment (ICDA) for gas transmission pipeline systems.
Predict 4.0 - Assessment and prediction of corrosion rates for steels exposed to corrosive oil and gas production environments.

CorrosionAnalyzer - Provides the ability to thermodynamically simulate and kinetically characterize corrosion in most industrial process environments; including interactions of over 2,000 chemical environments and alloy combinations.
Risk-IT 2.0 is a risk-based inspection application with a difference. Key to its unique flexibility is, although the application captures industry-standard API 581 RBI guidelines, it is designed as a framework that can be customized to address individual equipment service data and company-specific requirements for risk analysis and inspection planning.
Key criteria that are evaluated by Risk-IT relate to the probability of failure due to corrosion and cracking mechanisms – through numerous studies, failure consequence relationships have been identified and developed to facilitate rank ordering and RBI. Risk-IT can be adopted for customization by the user, or Honeywell’s corrosion consulting team can be engaged to provide service.
