外企高薪诚聘销售和市场经理 Sales & Marketing Manager
薪资待遇: 每月基本工资万元以上（年发14薪） + 出差补贴+ 年终奖金+交通和现场补助， 外企福利标准，带薪休假，培训机会
每个项目有1-2%的项目奖金。
Responsibilities工作职责:
Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients
为客户指定和执行市场销售计划
Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients
客户关系管理，尤其是对关键客户
Collect Market intelligence and conduct market study on a regular basis;
收集市场信息，指导日常的市场研究
Prepare Technical and commercial proposal in response to the call for Tenders. Negotiate any prospective contract;
在谈判中给出技术和商业方面的建议
Requirements 任职要求:
Academic Excellence in Engineering, Bachelor degree or above
良好的专业背景，工程类专业，本科以上
Knowledge and Understanding of building Industry and project management in China and abroad; Familiar with the relevant standard/code will be an advantage;
了解国内外的建筑行业。熟悉行业相关标准优先
Pleasing personality with good Interpersonal and Business negotiation skills;
良好的人际关系和谈判技巧
PC skills with Power Point Presentation abilities;
Experience in the field of Sales/Project management in building industry
具有建筑行业销售和项目管理经验
Good command of English;
