The screening, evaluation, description and optimization of blocks in which special wells applied (应为被动语态,改为in which special wells are applied )should be carried out. And the application of special wells in these types of reservoirs should be extended.

我觉得第一句中的researched改为studied没见过研究翻译成researched的

第二句应该是are applied被动语态
The screening, evaluation, description and optimization of blocks in which special wells are applied should be carried out.

And the application of special wells in these types of reservoirs should be extended

these types of reservoirs 似乎不够简练，改成such reservoirs 要更简洁顺畅一些，前面已经提到过various types of reservoirs了，所以such的指代应该很明确。
