We have a frac job at TVD3500m that have not perforated yet, while there was a deeper production formation that have produced for some years, and have pressure gradient as low as 0.5 SG, for protecting the lower formation from damagingby workover fluid, we would like to find some downhole tool that have combination function of bridge plug and check valve, that will hold the pressure form upper wellbore while fracing, as well as permit wash out proppant after job(the lower formation pressure was too low to allow circulation), and still can permit lower production formation to supply fluid while upper formation depleted. 

so if there is any downhole tool or assembly that an withstand those job reliably? Thx

In many oil plants of SLOF, people will not frac the upper pay zone until the lower pay zone is abandoned .
I am not sure the entire multi-zone segmented fracturing assembly  will help.
And a question. i am still confused about why u need to "permit lower production formation to supply fluid while upper formation depleted"?

under the pressure of enhance production, or just for satisfying ESP, we now have to frac upper zone..

frac will be done for each pay zone

the reason for this design was to evaluate frac performance, and avoid unexpected underground blowout, that means if this two formations connected while upper zone has not depleted to as low as the lower pay zone, the pressure difference will be deleterious factor to sand pack stability(we have no extra budget to use RCS). This design was a cheaper substitution for production individually.

CHECK VALVE + 机械式可取封隔器， 用WILRELINE 下入。
如果想再取出， 需要在CHECK VALVE上加可取机构， 下捞筒取出。

wireline可以过check valve为桥塞点火吗？或者桥塞下面是否可以加工一个check valve的接头？

可以这样的工具组合： 从底到上的顺序为， MULE SHOE + DOUBLE GRIB RETRIEVABLE PACKER+SLICK JOINT + SETTING ADATPOR + SETTING TOOL.  
1, CHECK VALVE BUILT INTO SLICK JOINT
2) SETTING TOOL CAN BE HYDRAULIC OR WILELINE SETTING TOOL
3) USE OVERSHOT TO RETRIEVE THE PACKER AND SLICK JOINT

嗯，我们也是这样想的，不过要改造下设备了。客户有bidirection flow valve，我们需要将上面的sliding sleeve开孔不加工，然后往K445上一丢就算数。嘎嘎

如果有wireline设置的空心桥塞就更好了

如果不考虑取出， 可以用永久封隔器下面挂CHECK VALVE， 再用wireline下入就可以了， 但是会有压裂后砂埋的问题

埋砂的话，可以先下个堵塞器，压裂后回收。

另外建议在桥塞下面下个坐落接或划套什么的，以后用钢丝投劳一些工具实现不同的功能。也可以将check valve放在坐落接头里面，如果今后临时关闭下一层直接下个盲堵就可以了。

最后建议将MULE SHOE改为 WIRELINE ENTRY GUIDE，如果今后在下层有钢丝或电缆作业的话。
