Completions Engineer

Purpose:
The primary function of this position is to recommend completion designs and prepare completion procedures to maximize production from the wells.
Functions:
 Develop detailed completion plans working as an integral member of the multi disciplined well planning team.
 Ensure all completion plans are written meeting HSE and operational standards
 Work with Supply Chain Department and Vendors to ensure all equipment is correctly specified and ordered in a timely manner.
 Prepare detailed schedule and cost estimates for completion operations and track actual results.
 Support operations to ensure the completion programme is implemented effectively and efficiently.
 Work with Production Engineering group to ensure completions are performing as planned and where necessary make recommendations for well interventions and potential improvements to the completion design.
 Capture lessons learnt and ensure best practices are shared with other operations
 Interface with Upstream Technology and Service Companies to keep updated with new technology within the industry
Drilling Engineer

Purpose:
The primary function is to prepare well plans and support offshore operations in the implementation of these plans.
Functions:
 Planning & implementation of drilling and related operations on contractor drilling units and operated production installations.
 Develop detailed well plans working as an integral member of the multi-discipline well teams, following well planning process.
 Clearly communicate well objectives and requirements to service companies so they are able to fully support the operation.
 Ensure all work programs are written meeting Standards.
 Actively participate in HSE initiatives.
 Work with Supply Chain group to ensure long lead equipment is correctly specified and ordered in a timely manner.
 Prepare detailed cost estimates and track actual costs.
 Continually analyse day-to-day operations to ensure drilling program is implemented inline with the well plan and highlight any possible modifications to the plan to ensure efficient operations.
 Capture lessons learnt and ensure best practices are shared with other operations.
Continue to remain up to date with emerging technology which could benefit drilling operations.
Drilling Supervisor

Purpose:
The primary function is to supervise offshore drilling and workover operations utilising a contracted jack drilling rig or company owned platform rig on a 28/28 day rotation. The position requires someone who is energetic and who can work creatively within a multi-disciplined and multi cultured team to drill and complete wells safely and effectively, meeting all designated objectives.
Functions:
 Responsible for all HSE aspects of the drilling, completion and workover operations on the platform
 Ensure all work is executed meeting Policies, Standards and Guidelines.
 Work with Materials Coordinator to ensure all equipment is correctly ordered and is available offshore in a timely manner. Coordinate with heliport so that service personnel are correctly scheduled to be available on the rig
 Prepare daily reports and forecasts for operations. Actively participate in the daily call with onshore personnel to review the previous day’s operation and the planned upcoming operations.Capture lessons learnt and ensure best practices are shared with other operations.
 Work with Production Operations personnel to minimise Production downtime and coordinate use of resources in the field. Responsible for all simulataneous workover and production operations on the platform which the rig is working.
Senior Production Engineer

Functions:
 Evaluate daily well performance so as to maximize production and optimize ESP performance.
 Daily contact with Operations personnel and ESP contractor personnel to implement changes to well operations and to conduct well tests using a multi-phase meter.
 Evaluate field performance including waterflood performance, PLT’s, laboratory results, tracer analysis and solids production.
 Perform pressure transient analysis.
 The evaluation of existing platform well completions and improving completion designs and practices.
 Work with reservoir engineering personnel to plan and implement asset management plan.
 Assist in the design of C platform wells.
 Evaluate and implement water shut-off techniques.
Requirement:
1.Above bachelor degree
2.>=6 years relevant experiences
3.Good oral and written English skills.
