    某500强石油外资公司招聘完井工程师一名，base在北京
Critical Skills:
Technical Criteria:
•    Completion equipment design and selection including detailed knowledge of sand control
•    Workover and cased hole operations (coiled tubing, e-line, slickline).
•    Knowledge of drilling operations would be a benefit
•    Previous offshore and large field development is preferred.

Leadership Criteria:
•    Must be able to be an effective leader/member of multi-disciplinary team.  This position requires close interaction with reservoir, production and drilling engineers, geologists, service company personnel, and across other team boundaries.
•    Creative, yet results oriented.  Must be able to focus on customer needs to complete well effectively.  Good technical and business judgment.
•    Takes initiative to identify new opportunities and tackle challenging issues.  Must plan, organize and implement
